The Compound Effect is based on the principle that decisions shape your destiny. What I love about this book is it clearly outlines the small everyday decisions that we make and shows how they can result in a life we desire or the opposite to disaster by default.
4. Millionaire Master Plan – Roger James Hamilton
Don’t be taken in by the title, it is not just about wealth creation for investors bur rather how your business can learn to ascend from their present state to a higher level and what you need to start doing and then stop doing as your business evoles.
5. Your Property Network
YPN as its known on the circuit is a great monthly read that allows you to keep abreast of changes in the UK property market whilst providing regular updates on other key technical areas such as planning, refurbishment, finance, lettings law, taxation, education as well as being packed fill with great case studies from investors.
